How billing works
Payment processor
Subsail bills accounts on a monthly basis using a service called Paddle. Your receipts will show “PADDLE” in the descriptor text in your bank account.
Automatic upgrades
If you are on the Starter plan, you will automatically be upgraded to the Regular plan when you hit your plan limit of 100 subscriptions. You will receive an alert by email when you are 10 subscriptions away from your upgrade.
